    Scott Smith is a manufacturing veteran with over 30 years of experience. He began his career as a line operator at Whirlpool in Clyde, Ohio, but his rapid ascent through the ranks is nothing short of remarkable. From roles in purchasing, scheduling, and industrial engineering to becoming an international manufacturing consultant, Scott's journey exemplifies dedication and expertise. His expertise is in process optimization, labor efficiency, and successful new product launches.

    Today, Scott is based in Northeast Ohio, where he has found his niche at Ford Motor Company, contributing significantly to the company's operational excellence.

    Scott resides with his wife Beate, and their two dogs in Bay Village, Ohio. His passion for motorsports and go-karting is not just a hobby but an active engagement, shared with his three adult sons, as a track operator and seasoned racer.
